Good product; bad customer service: don't bother using them
The products is good quality and as expected, but the TOTAL lack of communication from the company rates 1 star or less. After more than a month of hearing nothing after my order, I contacted them three times by email, once by webform and then used my payment provider to request a chargeback. Then, of course, the item was posted and received; no other comms from the company. This is a shame because their products are good: this wasn't my first-ever order, but will be my last and should be yours.
