Lifetime Guarantee

We are so confident in our manufacturing process and quality of materials that we at Buckle My Belt offer a LifeTime Guarantee on all handmade to measure leather accessories.

 

Buckle My Belt guarantee every product made by us in our workshop here in the UK and the materials used in the manufacturing process.

The guarantee covers all Buckle My Belt products purchased directly from Buckle My Belt through our selection of online platforms.

The guarantee does not cover general wear and damages caused by accident, including buy not limited to mishandling by an airline or third party shipping.

If the item has been altered from its original state by anyone other than Buckle My Belt and/or the purchaser has disregarded our product care guidelines the item will be excluded. It does not cover neglect or the natural patina process within the leather. Each product can vary in natural finish due to the treatments used in the initial tanning process.

Please note: We will review each product individually for its repair or replacement value and assess the guarantee validity. Proof of the original purchase will be required with every product returned. You are responsible for the cost of returning the product to Buckle My Belt. However we will return the item to you free of charge.
