Wrong colour sent I ordered brown, black was sent, contacted buckle my belt even sent a picture of my order but they said I ordered black

I bought 2 belts, both 2". Love the dark brown, but the gray feels and looks like plastic. It does not feel anything like the dark brown version. I would give the dark brown a 5 and the gray a 2.
