The easiest way to determine your external waist size is to measure an existing belt that fits. When measuring your belt, measure from the tip of the pin to the hole that you use and we will make this measurement the centre whole of 5 on your new belt.

not in love with the buckle. one side sticks out from my belt when buckled, but the belt is top is what I was looking for. I'll order a different buckle next time. Maybe the "D" buckle.

Hard to evaluate this item when I haven't received it. Placed the order on 12/16/22 and as of today, 1/13/23, I haven't received it and the Company has refused to respond with any meaningful action to address or remedy the situation in any way.
