From initial order receiving confirmation was excellent. Then I received a message saying that I had to confirm my waist size which I did. Got confirmation again. Later I received two messages saying exactly the same which became a bit frustrating. I received my belt within the stated delivery time though and I was pleased with the quality. I would suggest to any customers to add a couple of inches to the measurement to make it a better fit.
