Gift card questions
How do they use it?
They enter the code at checkout on bucklemybelt.com. If the order costs more, they pay the difference. Anything left stays on the card for next time.
Does it expire?
Our gift cards have no expiry date, so there is no rush.
Can I give it in person?
Yes. Choose "Send it to me" and print the card from your email to pop in a Christmas card.
What if their size is wrong?
That is the point of a gift card: they measure their own belt and order the exact size. Our measuring guide shows them how.
Can they check the balance?
Yes, the balance shows at checkout when they enter the code.
