Common Questions
We always recommend going with the larger belt size and recommend that you follow our belt size guide. Remember, your belt size is your external waist measurement — over your clothing, not your trouser size or normal waist size. The centre hole will be your chosen belt size, with two holes either side for adjustment.
As each belt is handmade to your exact specifications, made-to-measure belts are non-returnable. However, every belt comes with our Lifetime Guarantee — if there's ever a quality issue, we'll put it right.
Your belt is handcrafted in our workshop within 5 working days, then shipped. This is open to change without notice depending on our team and their workload. Delivery times vary: 2-3 days for standard domestic, 1-2 days express, 3-5 days EU, and 5-7 days for the USA and worldwide.
We recommend checking your jean or trouser loop width before ordering to ensure the belt fits comfortably. Loop sizes vary between brands and styles. If you're unsure, measure the inside width of your loop with a tape measure and compare it to the belt width shown above.
